Job Description

The Customer Success Associate (CSA) will serve as the lifeline and primary point of contact between Questis and our customers, supporting them through implementation, launch and ongoing maintenance. The Questis CSA will also fulfill the role of a partner advocate to the Questis Engineering and Product teams documenting requirements, facilitating the product feedback loop, and informing partners of new features and software enhancements. 


The Questis platform is designed to be highly configurable by our customers; however, we know educating oneself on a new software application can be challenging, so the CSA will support everything from training sessions to shared ownership of content configuration projects.



  • Have complete understanding of the Questis platform inside and out

  • Be the designated point of contact for specific customer accounts

  • Run periodic meetings with designated customers

  • Handle support and request tickets

  • Train customers on the use of the Questis platform

  • Take valuable suggestions from customers back to the product team

  • Troubleshoot issues experienced by customers

  • Increase customer adoption within their potential user base

  • Consistently find ways for Questis to improve


What will the ideal candidate be like?

  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of previous experience in customer success or a similar role for a B2B software company.

  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or some college education.

  • Since the CSA will be the primary person communicating with customers on a regular basis, the ideal candidate will need to enjoy interacting with people on a regular basis and be capable of representing Questis positively. 

  • There will be many projects to come out of customer calls. The ideal candidate will have close attention to detail, be well organized, and proficient in personal project management.

  • We are a lean company; therefore, the ideal candidate will be comfortable coming up with solutions where processes don’t exist yet.

  • Questis is very much a team environment and thus, the ideal candidate will need to be a good team player.
